As independent artists and companies working within limited means, how can we aspire to โ€“ and realise โ€“ our desired vision, design, and aesthetic? What does it take to develop robust collaborative relationships with designers, production and technical specialists to incubate a project from concept to prototype to presentation?

Go behind the scenes with ARTFACTORY, a Singapore-based design, technical and production team whose members work tirelessly to execute the works of prolific independent artists such as Choy Ka Fai, Daniel Kok, Eisa Jocson, Ho Rui An, Ho Tzu Nyen and Zul Mahmod; and arts institutions and companies including the Asian Film Archive, Cake Theatrical Productions, National Gallery Singapore, NTU CCA Singapore, Singapore Art Museum, TheatreWorks, and T.H.E Dance Company.

Through case studies of past and current projects in contemporary art, performance and interdisciplinary works, ARTFACTORY will share insights about their work ethic, methodologies, technical rigour and realities of international touring in bringing artists, and their creations, to new territories.
